I photograph weddings in a photojournalistic style, that is often referred to as "reportage". I capture the atmosphere and character of the guests in an informal, spontaneous and relaxed way. My pictures tell the whole story of the wedding in colour and black-and-white. This "fly-on-the wall" approach leaves the bride and groom free to enjoy their big day with minimal intervention or direction. A small number of posed photographs can be taken if required, but these are usually kept to a minimum, to allow me to concentrate on capturing those special candid moments.

I have over twenty years’ experience as a professional photographer, gaining sixteen awards along the way. I have been commissioned twice to photograph Her Majesty the Queen in the Buckingham Palace music room.

For the past twelve years I have been freelancing for national magazines and newspapers and also for corporate magazines and annual reports on behalf of many blue-chip companies. I also regularly undertake public-relations, commercial, advertising, aerial and architectural photography.

I am a freelance photographer based between Coventry and Leicester and available to cover assignments in the East Midlands, West Midlands, nationwide and worldwide. I regularly work in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
